The agenda for the meetings will be published before the meeting and members of the public can give their views and ask questions of the Parish Council only on matters referred to on the agenda and at the discretion of the Chair.

Members of the public who have questions on matters that are not on the agenda should notify the Parish Council in writing via the Parish Council website no later than five days prior to the meeting. Following public participation, the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting.
